As part of our commitment to completing each project quickly and efficiently with a minimum of fuss to the client MBM Group is equipped with specialized high power machinery which it maintains and uses in accordance with strict safety guidelines as set out by the regulating boards of NSW.

Snorkel Lifts

Small boom lifting equipment enables projects up to four storeys in height to be completed quickly and efficiently.

Swinging Stages

A favourite method of access is the swinging stage. It provides a highly competitive and secure alternative to scaffolding due to quicker rigging / de-rigging time and is less obstructive when trying to access the site under repair. Our team has a number of qualified Riggers / Scaffolders / Steeplejacks which is a distinct advantage in keeping project duration to a minimum as it results in no down time due to sub-contractors. Some form of roof access needed.

Abseiling

Two members of our team are qualified abseilers. Abseiling can be used for smaller items of work or as a quick method of access to resolve emergency issues. On an investigative level Structural Engineers who require digital analysis of a buildings external structure deemed inaccessible by conventional methods have also found this method useful. We combine abseiling with a range of digital equipment exemplified by the endescope that allows us to inspect building cavities at difficult heights. Our service includes providing this information to engineers and clients alike enabling us to find solutions to difficult problems simply and effectively.

Boom Towers and Telescopic Lifts

Four members of our team are fully accredited in the use of Boom and Telescopic lifts up to 100ft or approximately twelve storeys in height. MBM Group currently does not own such equipment though our extensive supplier list allows us prompt and ready availability.
